Over 9 weeks you will receive…

weekly 90-minute PRIVATE classes, which can consist of a combination of any of the following practices:

1 main exclusive video practice every other week, at least 2 additional (optional practices) to truly embody what we are moving through, and weekly journalling prompts with integration PDFs connected to each class.

To support the depth of this journey, we will work through the 7 chakra themes across the first seven private sessions ~ each connected to an emotional, psychological and energetic pattern that shapes how we move through life.

The eight session ties these insights together. I will always prioritise what you're experiencing in the moment, and the chakra framework gives us a clear, grounded structure to move through, helping us see the layers beneath your feelings, behaviours and beliefs. This will also be our last 1-1 session.

In week 9 you will receive a deeply nourishing cacao ceremony specifically created for this program to finish the 9 weeks with.

3 months after the 9th week we will plan your final integration session.

How will we do that?

Something that feels incredibly important to me within this journey is that there is space to talk. Space to land. Space to share what's moving through you. That's why these sessions are 90 minutes, rather than the usual 45 or 60. I never want you to feel rushed or cut short. Instead, I want us to have time to settle in, breathe, speak, be heard, and then move into the practice from a grounded place.

And just to be clear ~ speaking is never a requirement. It is simply an option you have, if and when you feel called. All of you is welcome here. always. Whether you come into the space wanting to share, or wanting silence, both are held with equal care.
